The Goddess Essence Training is designed to open the power and potential of women in their positive polarities in the chakra system. There are positive and negative receptive polarities in the chakra system for men and women.
In these workshops we go into the depths of the womb, the heart and the third eye. The positive poles of the woman. All of these workshops are so amazing, so powerful, so transformative that they are medicine for life. This movement heals itself and the collective consciousness because we have the power to heal ourselves, heal others and raise the consciousness of the planet so that we can once again live a life of joy and harmony with all that is.
The Goddess Essence series consists of 4 modules
each of which focuses on a different aspect of our feminine elemental force. The respective modules can be attended at will.

My name is Ma Prem Tanmaya
It is my joy to blend deep and profound meditations with playfulness and lightness all infused with love.
I initially studied as an actress and singer before falling in love with meditation and personal transformation in Osho communities.
In 2011, I met Ma Ananda Sarita, who became my teacher and guided me on this path of unveiling my inner Goddess.
I teach a wide range of Tantra retreats and trainings as a lead faculty of Tantra Essence.
My work is deeply rooted in the teachings of Osho and Ma Sarita and is infused by a deep quest for true love and authentic living.

This picturesque location in Zweisimmen offers a breathtaking natural setting in the mountains up on 1600m, providing the perfect backdrop for your transformative journey. the seminar house is reserved exclusively for us and has its own sauna and natural pond.
